All Prices are in GBP1. Commissions are not to be printed, resold, multiplied or used in any way that could bring income unless agreed otherwise.2. I retain all rights of ownership over the commission unless it's a commercial commission (please note prices will vary for this option)3. If the commission is a fanart, please note that I will use this for my Patreon as well as INPRNT site as well as my portfolio. If the work is an OC, it'll be used for digital goods for Patreon as well as my portfolios, but no physical merch will be printed without your consent.4. I may stream the process of the commission on my twitch unless agreed upon otherwise.5. Please note that there will be no refunds unless I'm unable to complete the commission for whatever reason, then the refund will be issued in full.6. If you issue a chargeback, you will be blacklisted for life. Also I will inform others of this dispute to warn them from commissioning you in future.7. For regular commissions turn around times can be up to 3 weeks with regular updates and progress reports. for commercial commissions e.g. Vtuber models turn around time can be up to 1 month with regular updates.8. Payment is upfront via PayPal, your commission will not be worked on until payment is completed in full. If the commission is a Vtuber model, payment plans are acceptable.9. Commissions are a digital purchase unless I state otherwise. By commissioning me you acknowledge that no physical goods are purchased with the commission.10. No NFT's under any circumstances, irrespective of whether or not it's for personal or commercial use.11. All commissions that are fanarts will either be streamed on my twitch/ YouTube, and put up on my Patreon and INPRNT store (however for commissions of your OC permission to use it for my INPRNT store will be asked).12. For revisions of your commission, you can have up to 5 revisions during the sketch phase.13. During the Lineart phase up to 3 revisions are allowed but no pose changes are allowed at this point.14. During the coloring phase only minor changes such as color changes are allowed and revisions are limited to 2 at this phase.15. I have the right to refuse your commission under any circumstances prior to payment.16. No NSFW, extreme gore or fetishes. For commissions with a lot of detail, additional payment will be added on the base price.17. Please do rightfully credit me for the commission completed by me, whenever it's used.19. Commissions are a digital purchase of a PNG image, there are NO physical goods involved in the transaction/s.20. PSD files are only provided if you commission me for a Vtuber model, there will be NO PSD file for regular commissions, only a high resolution PNG file.* By commissioning me you have read and agreed to my terms of service, if you commission me without reading my terms of service I am not liable for anything and a refund will not be issued, due to your negligence. *
